I’ve always had a good experience when going to Mansfield Urgent care and at this particular facility. The staff and nurses are always nice and attentive. The only thing I have a concern about is why it takes so long to actually be seen by a nurse practitioner or even a doctor. My appointment was a 3 on Wednesday and I wasn’t called to go back to a room until 3:45. It’s almost like in between every assessment you wait 15 minutes and then you’re finally release. It’s just about every time too. That’s why my kids always hated going there because of the time you sit and wait. Other than that, you get great care overall. When you’re really sick and don’t feel good, you don’t want to sit and wait, you want to be seen and get out of there. Then when I went to pick up my medicine at CVS, they said it wasn’t called in yet and I had to wait another 1 and 1/2 hour before my prescriptions were ready. I told them I was waiting for them too. I don’t know if that was a delay in them receiving the prescriptions from the doctor or if they were backed up. So, having said all this, I checked in at 3 and finally got home at 7:40 after waiting for my prescriptions, after being diagnosed with type A flu. I was not feeling well at all and shouldn’t have to sit around and wait.

Michelle and her assistant were very professional; treated me with dignity and respect. Their explanation was easy to understand. My sincere appreciation for the whole staff and didn’t mind the conversation I had with them.

My provider was Danielle Needham, she is fantastic, she is direct and to the point with a caring and compassionate manner. She is quick and doesn’t leave you guessing, answers all questions and makes decisions in the best interest of the patient. I will definitely continue to to to this clinic because she is there. They were able to get me in quick and sent my prescriptions very quickly. I also needed to reach out a couple times to get my prescriptions changed and those were taken care of quickly too without having me pop-in while I was indisposed.

Quick, professional, accurate. Got tested for the flu (which was positive). The nurse and doctor were friendly, and prescribed what I needed. I was done in 25 minutes.

The staff here are always very friendly. Medical assistants are amazing here. My kids and I are very comfortable. My son was treated here for the flu last week, and feeling good as new. Thank you ladies again!
